Dears Gardens offers three outstanding residential maintenance programs which insure that our clients' landscape investment is properly maintained.

Needle Grass - unmatched product quality – Dears Gardens use needlegrass for landscaping which require very low maintenance and no cutting at all.... Needle grass do not need any pesticides ... AND WE DONT CHARGE ANY MAINTENANCE COST FOR NEEDLE GRASS.

2. Weekly Lawn Care Maintenance
The weekly program offers our clients a maintenance program which covers all aspects of their landscape maintenance. The weekly program is truly an A to Z program specifically designed for those clients who expect a meticulously maintained landscape. A specially trained crew will perform all of the weekly service functions which are as follows:

• Deep hand pruning of all ornamental plant material
• Ground cover control
• Insect and disease control
• Weed control
• Hand weeding
• Tree maintenance e.g. liming up and maintaining proper form
• Fertilization of plant material
• Edging
• Leaf removal
• Trenching bed lines
• Design seasonal color
• Cleanup of landscaped areas each visit
• Aerate and overseed of cool season turf in fall (fescue)
• Aerate and scalping of warm season turf in spring (Bermuda)
• Irrigation system start up, shut down, and monitoring
• Fertilization and weed control of turf area
• Mowing of all turf area

3. Seasonal Lawn Care Maintenance Program
The seasonal program offers a solution for our clients who do not have a need for a weekly maintenance program. A specially trained crew will perform all the seasonal service functions which are as follows:

Irrigation

We have already started to impliment limit water usage for a sustainable future. Prince’s has begun an efficient use of water for irrigation. With a strong background on plants and landscape maintenance, we are able to provide professional input and practices for irrigation based on specific situations. Irrigation can be manual, semi-automatic, or fully automatic. For manual watering, we can provide irrigation advices on the quantity, frequency, and method for specific site and plant conditions. For semi-automatic and automatic irrigation, we design and install different irrigation systems including drip and sprinkler systems. We also provide advice on fertigation and chemigation. Fertigation is an automatic system to apply liquid fertilizer while chemigation is an automatic system to apply liquid insecticide and fungicide.
